Where is Croatia? It is located in the central South of Europe. It borders five countries: Serbia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Montenegro, Hungary and Slovenia. On the west coast, the country faces the Adriatic Sea.

Arrivals by train, bus or ship are also possible.

What is the currency in Croatia? The currency is KUNA. Right now, 1 KUNA equals 0,13Euros (February 2021). You can withdraw money at the location or exchange it as needed.

You can travel on a budget as well as staying in luxury apartments or hotels. The more a region is a hotspot, the more expensive it gets - even in hostels. When is the best time to travel to Croatia? You can visit the country in every season. The best time would be in May, June or even better: in September. Then the temperature is still high, but not too high for hiking, climbing, water sports or city tours.
